Ms Justice Ann Power
Sole Member of the Tribunal

Ms Justice Power is a Judge of the Court of Appeal.

She is also a Judge of the World Bank Tribunal, an independent judicial body that issues final and binding decisions on employment related disputes within the World Bank. She has previously served as a Judge of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (2008-2015), the Presiding Judge of the Constitutional Court Chamber of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, an internationalised war crimes Tribunal, in The Hague (2017-2019) and, as Chairperson of the CervicalCheck Tribunal (2020-2024).

Ms Justice Power was called to the Bar of Ireland in 1993 and to the Inner Bar in 2006. She practised in Public, Constitutional and Medical Law and has taught in universities throughout Europe and the United States. She is a Bencher of The King’s Inns (2008) and an Overseas Master of The Inner Temple, London (2023).
